    About the campsite

  • What time is check-in/check-out?
    Check-in from 2pm., check-out from 10am..
  • What are the fees for children?
    The fee for one site is the same for 1-6 persons.
    Children under primary school age are not included in the number of people.
    In addition to the site use fee, a separate facility use fee is charged.
    The facility use fee is 500 yen/person for children of primary school age and above.
  • What are your payment options?
    Cash, credit card and QR payments can be settled on site.
  • Are there cancellation charges?
    There are no cancellation fees.
  • Can I stay with my pet?
    Sorry, pets are not allowed.
  • What is the maximum capacity?
    1-6 persons per site.
  • Is there a pick-up service?
    Sorry, we do not offer pick-up and drop-off services.
  • Is there a convenience store/supermarket nearby?
    There is a convenience store a 3-minute drive away.
    Supermarkets are located about 15 minutes' drive away, such as Super Center Trial Tsuno and A Co-op Tsuno.
  • Is a campfire allowed?
    Campfires are available daily in the common areas of the facility and at each site.
    Please make sure to use a fire sheet and fire pit in designated areas.
    *Please note that in case of inclement weather, the event may be cancelled.

  • What time is check-in/check-out?
    Check-in from 3pm. and check-out from -10pm.
  • Is it possible to change the number of people or plans?
    Changes can be made on the web booking confirmation screen until 3pm. the day before.
    After that time, please call to inform us of any changes.
  • What are the accommodation fees for children?
    Small children from 0 to 3 years of age stay free of charge.
    Children from 4 years and older to pre-school age are charged 2,000 yen per person and primary schools students are charged 5,000 yen per person.
    Junior high school students and above are charged at adult rates.
  • Can I stay for consecutive nights?
    Yes, if there is a room available on the date you wish to stay, you can stay for consecutive nights.
    For same-day bookings, we cannot provide meals, so we only accept overnight stays without meals.
  • Can I invite day guests to my room for a meal?
    Yes, it is possible.
    If the guest chooses the meal plan, the guest must order the same meal for 5,500 yen including tax.
    If the guest chooses the overnight stay with no meal plan, the guest will be charged a facility use fee of JPY 2,200 including tax.
  • What is your payment method?
    Cash, credit card and QR payments can be settled on site.
  • Are there cancellation charges?
    The cancellation policy is as follows.

    For no-shows: 100%.
    On the day - 3 days before: 100%.
    4 to 7 days prior to the day of the event: 50%.
    8-14 days before: 20%.
  • What happens in case of typhoons?
    The facility will be closed if inclement weather is expected or in the event of a warning.
    In such cases, the facility will contact the customer.
  • Can I stay with my pet?
    Only one room is pet-friendly, where you can stay with up to two small or medium-sized dogs.
    Please bring your pet's rabies vaccination certificate and vaccination certificate when accompanying your pet.
  • What is the maximum capacity?
    Dome tents : 2-6 people
    Dome tents (dog-friendly) : 2-4 people (dogs up to 2 medium-sized dogs).
  • How many beds are there?
    There are 4 semi-double beds.
    additional bedding is available for five to six guests.
  • What amenities are available?
    Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towel, face towel, bath mat and toothbrushes are provided.
    Cleansing, toner and facial cleansing foam are also available at the front desk.　　　
  • What cooking equipment is available?
    For meals, you can use the BBQ stoves provided in each building.
    If you choose the overnight stay with no meal plan, a separate rental fee of 4,000 yen will be charged for the BBQ stove.
    *No firearms are allowed in the rooms.Charcoal stoves, table-top stoves and any other items that catch fire, as well as electric stoves, are strictly forbidden.
    *If you wish to use a BBQ, please select from the options and use a gas BBQ stove.
  • Can firearms be brought in?
    Please note that for safety reasons, firearms are not permitted.
  • Can I still have a BBQ and meals if it rains?
    All-weather eating areas are available, so you can enjoy your BBQ even in inclement weather.
  • About tent saunas
    If you wish to use the sauna, please call us to apply.
    Available hours: 45 minutes per slot / 3,000 yen per group (tax included).
    (Limited to 4 slots from 4pm., 5pm., 6pm. and 7pm.)
    *Swimwear is compulsory, so please bring your own.

  • How many days' notice is required for a meal order?
    Please make changes at least three days in advance, as we want to provide the freshest ingredients.
    For requests for changes after that, please call us to confirm.
  • Can I bring my own food and drinks?
    Yes,please feel free to bring drinks.
    Foodstuffs can be bring in freely for those on the overnight stay plan, but as a rule, those on the meal plan are not allowed to bring food.

  • If I arrive early, can I enter the room?
    Due to preparation, you will enter to your room after 3pm., but you can spend time in the common areas.
  • Is there a pick-up and drop-off service?
