■Please bring your own swimwear as swimwear is required for use.
■Sauna poncho rental (¥550) is also available.
*After repeating at least one to three sets of the three steps of alternating hot and cold baths – sauna, water bath and external air bath (rest) – the state in which the body feels light and fluffy, the head feels clear and refreshed and a kind of ecstatic feeling is called ‘totonou’.
